What is Lithotherapy?
Which comes from the Greek, Lithos which means "Stone", Lithotherapy is a practice that links Stones & energies. Their magnetism, their virtues & their compositions make Stones a great ally in the accompaniment towards the awakening of oneself & the development of one's well-being. However, lithotherapy does not replace medical advice.

Where do our Minerals come from?
All our Minerals are carefully and consciously selected. They come from all over the world and from where their mines are located.
How do I maintain my Minerals?
Order & Delivery
What are the delivery times?
Orders are typically shipped within 24-72 hours of purchase.
We offer two types of deliveries: home delivery & delivery to a relay point
Generally, the delivery time is approximately:
- 3 to 5 days in mainland France
- 6-10 days for Belgium, Switzerland and other bordering countries, as well as the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States
- 10-25 days for DOM TOM and other remote regions
- 7 to 14 days for the rest of the world
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You will then be able to track your package directly on the tracking sites of our local delivery partners (La Poste, Chronoshop2shop, Mondial Relay). Please note that during the first few days after shipping, your tracking may not be recognized or may not be updated directly.
What should I do if I wrote the wrong address or entered the wrong information?
Don't worry, if your package has not yet been shipped, we can change your address. You just need to send the correct address by email to anaisgemmes@hotmail.com, specifying your order number or your full name.
If your package has already been shipped, unfortunately we will no longer be able to make any changes and you will have to contact your local post office directly.
