The History of the Crystal Bowl
The History of the Crystal Bowl
A crystal bowl or crystal vessel is a type of singing bowl made of 99.98% quartz the sound is louder and more intense than the Tibetan bowl
The word crystal comes from the Greek words "kruos" meaning ice and "thallos" meaning rod, thus crystal crystals being associated with rods of ice.
He captures the information, intentions and energies present in his environment. He soaks them up and retransmits them by amplifying them. He resonates with the person who makes him sing.
Its virtues
Its virtues
Just like the human body, a crystal vessel emits vibrations and photons that fill space in all
directions. When a vessel vibrates and sings, it resonates with all parts of the body including those that contain oxygen (water and liquids) and silicon. It communicates with the body which responds to it.
A vibrational and photonic dialogue is established between the vessel and the body. This is how a crystal vessel has the capacity to bring well-being.
It can be used for oneself, for others in an individual session or for a group.
The benefits are felt on several levels.
At the physical level:
- reduced muscle tension
- global relaxation
- improved sleep
On an emotional level:
- balancing emotions
- strengthening the joy of living
- improving tolerance towards oneself and others
On a mental level:
- development of concentration and memory (ideal during exam periods)
- calms the nervous system, promotes letting go
And of course, bowls are particularly suited to stress management at all levels.
