The history of stone
The history of stone
In 1800, tiger's eye was discovered in South Africa. Its name comes from its resemblance to the eyes of a tiger.
Mesopotamian civilizations called it "Oculus Belus". Oculus meant eye, and Belus referred to
Belus-Marduk, the god of fortune and the most powerful of all Babylonian gods.
Roman soldiers wore this stone to protect themselves during
battles. She brought great protection, strength & courage.
